Sell-IT Payment System
 
Sell-IT is a way for you to collect payments for services you've provided to anyone - even non-CFCU members - no matter how big or small your business may be!  This may range from lawn care and eBay sellers up to contractors of any sort.  For a fee of $3.00 per transaction, you simply enroll in the Sell-IT program and distribute an access code you have created to accept electronic payments to your CFCU account via the Christian Financial website!

Setting up the account

  • You designate an existing sub account or open a new sub account.  Not a member of Christian Financial yet?  No problem!  Click here to join.  You may opt to give your account a name, such as "Sell-IT" or the name of your business.  You can change the name of the account by choosing the Profile menu inside of U@Home Online Banking and selecting "Preferences".  From there, choose "Account Names".  You will see a list of your current accounts.  You may choose to change the names to whatever you would like.   
  • Next, you will need to enroll in the Sell-IT Payment Service.  To do this, visit the Services menu inside of U@Home Online Banking and select "Options".  From there, select "Service Enrollment" and click on "Sell-IT Payments".  You will need to select the Standard Plan and View Disclosures to be enrolled in this service.   
  • Now you can set up an authorization code that allows other people to make online payments to your selected account.  Your authorization code should be unique, but  easy for users to remember.  To do this, visit the Transactions menu inside of U@Home Online Banking and select EZ Wire.  Select Sell-IT Payments  and click the hyperlink that says "Create a New Authorization Code".  From there, select the account you have designated.  Simply input any code you would like and click "Submit Authorization Code".

Distributing to Clients/Customers:

  • Now you're ready to distribute your authorization code.  You may opt to simply email out the code.  If this is the case, select Sell-IT Payments from the Transactions menu inside of U@Home and click the icon next to the authorization code labeled "Send Link".  This will automatically create an email with the link and authorization code.
  • The payee will visit Christian Financial Credit Union's homepage and click on the link labeled "Pay A Member".  From here, the payee will be asked to input the authorization code and will be prompted to input the information of the account the payment is coming from.
  • The payment is made to your account via the ACH network and will be available within 3 business days.
  • You may opt to pass off the $3.00 fee to your clients/customers simply by adding a "payment processing fee" on to your invoices.  Your account will still be immediately charged when a payment is initiated, but once the funds are received you will be re-imbursed by your client/customer.
  • If you'd prefer, you may use the following text to copy and paste on to invoices in order to instruct your clients/customers how to pay:

PAY US ONLINE:  Visit www.christianfinancialcu.org and click on "Make a Sell-IT Payment" on the homepage.  Input this authorization code:__________________________________________ and follow the prompts.  Your payment will be processed electronically through the ACH (Automated Clearing House Network).  

Reviewing the Account

  • You will also be able to see a complete record of payments received.  Do this be visiting the Transactions menu inside of U@Home Online Banking and selecting EZ Wire.  Choose Sell-IT Payments and click on the "Review" icon next to the authorization code.  You will see a list of all payments received, who they are from and their amounts.  If the payee input an email address, you will be able to click on it and a "Thank-You" email will be automatically initiated.
