Check Conversion & E-Transfers

With cutting-edge technology, you can make your check deposits without ever leaving your office.  We will provide you with a check scanner, which identifies the account number and routing number on each check.  The scanner creates an image of the check.  You then simply send the information from the check to our system, which takes funds from the appropriate account.

Payroll Service

Our program will allow your employees to deposit their payroll earnings into the financial institution of their choice.  Your employees can deposit their payroll earnings into several accounts and financial institutions automatically.  We will provide you with all of the necessary forms, brochures and documentation to begin your payroll direct deposit program.

Tax Payments

Paying your State and Federal taxes by check is becoming obsolete.  Our electronic tax payment service allows you to make your payment from the comfort of your office via our secure Internet System.  This system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Our e-Business Windows - based software allows you to import tax payment information directly from your payroll system or you can use the e-Business software to recall any State or Federal tax payment data.

Customer Payments

Electronic Customer Initiated Payments allows your customers to pay you electronically.  Your customers have the option of paying their bill to you by logging onto the Internet.  Your customers can access our service directly, or via a hyperlink from your website, giving your site even more value.  Every morning you can log onto our secure Internet Report Server and view your reports in an instant, including: daily payments, pending payments, returned items, authorized credit card payments, and more.
