CFCU's online banking platform has more choice, freedom and convenience than ever. Customize the view on your online banking home page to give you quick access to the features that matter most to you. What do I need to do?

Just log in and start using your new options!

The first time you log in, you will use your member number as your login ID, just as before. After that, you can change it to a new user ID that is secure and easy to remember. You will also be asked to answer some security questions that will help us confirm your identity when you log in later. You will need to do this only the first time you log into the new system.

After you log in, you will arrive at your home page with your list of accounts, along with some new added features, like a list of additional services we think you might find interesting. All of your current services will still be set up. There's no need for you to re-enroll or set them up again.

The home page is completely customizable! Choose between a two or three column layout and add, move or delete content boxes to give you quick access to the activities that matter most to you.

Click through the tabs to get familiar with everything we offer. If you don't see what you're looking for, visit the Services tab. Here, you can take advantage of the many services that we offer to give you the convenience of being in control of your finances and make managing your money easier than ever before.

FAQs

Q. Does my Login ID have to be my account/member number?

A. No! You can choose whatever you like as a Login ID, provided it isn't already being used by another user.

Q. Will I have to set-up new Multi-Factor-Autentication (MFA) security questions?

A. Yes. When you log into online banking for the first time, you'll be prompted to choose MFA Security Questions and Answers to ensure the security of your account information.

Q. What happens if I get locked out?

A. Simply re-visit the login page of online banking. Once you attempt to input a password, it will let you know that you are locked out, but give you a link to click to "Unlock Your Account". After clicking, you will be prompted to input some personally identifying information, which will allow you to unlock your own account - no need to contact us!

Q. Will I need to accept any disclosures inside of online banking?

A. Yes. The first time you log in, you'll be asked to accept one Master Disclosure that includes all the disclosures for all products available within the online banking system. By accepting the Master Disclosure, you will automatically be enrolled in free E-Statements if you aren't already enrolled. If you wish to un-enroll in E-Statements, simply visit the forms area of online banking and select "E-Statement Unenrollment Form".

Q. Does accepting the Master Disclosure mean that I have to use all the services offered inside of the new Online Banking System?

A. No. You are free to choose to use the products and services that fit your needs.

Q. Why am I having trouble viewing the demo?

A. If your Internet Explorer security settings are raised from Medium (the default) to High, the shockwave flash player won't load, and therefore neither will the video. Also, if you have plug-ins set to disallow the flash player, you won't be able to view the video.

  • External Transfers: Transfer funds into and out of your Christian Financial Account from your accounts at other financial institutions via the ACH Network (may take up to 4 business days to post).

  • Special Occasions: Set up special dates in online banking to remind yourself of what's coming up.
  • Shared Accounts: Set special privileges to allow other CFCU members who are not joint on your account to transfer funds to your account and more.
  • Quicken Downloads: You can download your CFCU account information directly into Quicken 2011. To do this, log into U@Home Online Banking. When you click on the links to review your account history, click on the Quicken 2011 icon located at the bottom of your screen. Please note: This is for download use only. Members who use the Internet-based version of Quicken will not be able to access their data from inside those websites. For security reasons, you must download your data from U@Home first before importing into financial management software stored on your PC.
