Manage your Cards

Business Card Management (BCM) is an application that helps keep track of your company’s credit cards.

Administers can utilize these and more company credit card tasks:

  • Request new cards.
  • Make payments.
  • Report usage including:
    • Full list of cardholders
    • Account information
    • Statements

Initial Set-Up

The first credit card will be issued to the business owner. Additional cards will be issued by the designated Business Primary Administrator.

Verification Process

There will be two emails sent to the Business Primary Admin. These are used to designate the username and password. Be sure to always secure this information.

Note: When the Consolidated Pay option is selected, all monetary items from the individual cardholder accounts “roll-up” to and post to the Control Account. One payment is made for the grand total of dollars that have rolled up from the individual accounts to the Control Account. The control account statement displays transaction details for all the individual accounts with subtotals.

Requesting a New Card

Select the Control Account Number from the drop-down to link to the Control Account.

Note: When requesting a New Card, always select the Control Account Number from the drop-down. This will ensure the new card is linked to the Control Account.

Modify Card Limit

  1. Select the cardholder under ‘All Cardholders’
  2. Click ‘Edit Profile’
  3. Enter amount under in ‘Credit Limit’ field

Report a Card Lost or Stolen

  1. Select the cardholder under ‘All Cardholders’
  2. Click ‘Report Lost/Stolen’
  3. Select the appropriate options
