Coronavirus (COVID-19) | CFCU Preparedness

 

To Our Valued Members:

There is no higher priority for your credit union than the health and safety of our members, employees and communities. We are closely monitoring the evolving situation surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and continue to follow guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), international, regional, state and local authorities. This guidance has directly informed and shaped our business continuity efforts, and we want to be certain that you’re aware of our plans.   We are closely monitoring the situation and are taking numerous steps to protect the health and safety of our members and employees.

We want to reassure you that our services are fully operational and we do not anticipate any business disruptions.  Our comprehensive Business Continuity and emergency preparedness plan is in place. Team members in our 13 branches are ready to serve your needs, and as always our electronic services division is fully functional, ensuring continued access to all of your online services.
 
Through Online Banking, you can access your account online 24/7 at christianfinancialcu.org or for current Motor City Co-op customers at motorcitycoopcu.com.  With Online Banking you can view any of your account details, check balances, make payments, and transfer funds between your accounts. With our mobile app, you can even deposit checks. Additionally, with free member access to all CO-OP network ATMS you have continued availability to your funds without having to come into a branch.

If COVID-19 is impacting you personally, we are here to help. Our Member Solutions staff can be reached at 586.772.6330. If we reach out to you, we won’t ask for confidential information such as your password, PIN, or other sensitive account information. As always, the cleanliness of our branch locations is paramount. We’ve ensured that our branches, including ATMs, are cleaned daily and we have hand sanitizer available in our branches.
