boy and girl running

Over the last several months we have been closely monitoring the situation surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and have taken guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), regional, state and local authorities. I am pleased to let our valued members know that all branch services in our lobbies and drive thru’s are now fully operational.

As always, the cleanliness of our branch locations is paramount. We have ensured that our branches are taking extra measures to keep our members and employees safe while using our services. Our employees have been hard at work preparing our branches to reopen our lobbies for full financial services.

Below is a list of the measures we have taken to keep you and our team members safe:
  • All teller lines have protective glass or shields
  • Proper social distancing floor decals have been set up
  • Financial Service Representatives have protective shields at every work station
  • Sanitization stations for staff to keep all areas clean
  • Need a pen? Use one of our CFCU pens and take it with you
  • Temporary limitations of lobby amenities such as coffee/cookie stations and literature
  • Additional sanitation added to normal cleaning efforts including, ATMs
We care about you, our members and our employees’ health. So, when visiting a branch, please remember to keep a safe distance of at least six feet between yourself and other members. Make sure to wear a mask to protect yourself, members and our staff.

Thank you to our members for the patience and understanding through this difficult time of transition as we continue to navigate through this pandemic. It is truly appreciated from everyone at Christian Financial Credit Union. We look forward to seeing everyone in our lobbies.
