As our communities mobilize to mitigate the impact of COVID-19, we are taking action by temporarily limiting or suspending branch lobby hours in support of community health.
With this in mind, we are taking the precautionary step to temporarily limit or suspend face-to-face lobby services in our branches beginning tomorrow morning, March 17, 2020, except by appointment at select locations.

Appointments are available at our Roseville and Sterling Heights locations only.
To make an appointment for a critical need, contact our Member Solutions Center at 586.772.6330, available from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday – Friday and 9 am to 2:30 pm on Saturday. You can also make an appointment via Secure Message in Online Banking or by utilizing our Online Chat option at christianfinancialcu.org
In the meantime, here are some options to perform transactions without coming into a lobby:
Make a Cash Deposit/Withdrawal:
You can make a fee-free cash withdrawal or deposit at any CFCU ATM, and you can withdraw cash at any CO-OP Network ATM
, including most 7-Eleven stores. You can even make a cash deposit at many CO-OP Network ATMs
. If you would prefer, you can always utilize our Night Drop or our drive-thru services can also process a cash withdrawal or deposit.
Deposit a Check
You can deposit a check easily via our mobile app up to $2,000 per day (full instructions on how to download our mobile app and full details are available here
). Checks of any amount can be deposited via our ATMs, as well as some CO-OP Network ATMs
. If you require special check processing or have special questions about a check, you can take advantage of our drive-thru services. Our Night Drop is also available for check deposits as well, and is checked several times daily.
If your debit card is lost or stolen, you can obtain a new debit card via the drive-thru at the locations listed above, or at any of the remaining branches with lobby hours.
Make Loan Payments
Loan payments can be made in Online Banking by transferring from another CFCU account. If you are making payments with funds held at another financial institution, you can make same-day loan payments with a Debit Card via Express Pay in Online Banking
or by calling our Member Solutions Center at 586.772.6330.

We can explore options that may ease the financial impact of an unexpected income disruption.

Please know we are here to help you get through this and we can process loans same day with electronic signing and with funds immediately deposited into your account.
