To Our Valued Members:
Thank you for entrusting us with your financial well-being. It’s a commitment we don’t take lightly. We remain dedicated to serve you during this stressful and difficult time.
We’re Open and Able to Serve You
First, I want to clarify that credit unions are deemed a critical service by the State of Michigan and the United States Government. While this may restrict things like lobby hours, it means that we are open and able to serve you. Keep in mind that nearly every financial service we offer, including check deposits, loan payments, cash withdrawals, and more can be completed at an ATM, by phone or online. Visit our website for a full list of options available to you so that we can limit our in-person contact. We’re here for you and we’ll get through this together.
Your Money is Safe and Secure
I also want to take a moment and remind you that your funds are secure. As always, your deposits are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). Visit the NCUA’s website for more information about our share insurance coverage. We know that the uncertainty of this situation can cause unease, but we want you to be confident that your money is safe and backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. government. There’s no safer place for your money than at your credit union.
Thank you for your patience as we navigate these uncharted waters. As we rally together to help each other, know that your credit union is here to help you. If you’ve been affected by COVID-19 and need assistance, please contact us right away so that we can help.
For you and because of you –
Patty Campbell
