What's new in Online & Mobile Banking?

New Online & Mobile Banking features are here!

We're working to make your online banking experience easier. Starting today, you may notice a few updates.

1. First, debit card holds and Future Dated Transactions have moved! You'll now see them on the Transaction Activity tab. This feature allows you to see your pending transactions quicker and easier, and on the same screen as your current balance. The Additional Balance Information tab will be removed, since that information is now on the Transaction Activity tab.

PLUS, in mobile banking you'll now be able to see pending transactions, including Debit Card holds!

2. If you send money to another member whose accounts you are not joint on, you can now set up cross-account transfers at a future date and even set up recurring transfers!

3. If you use Christian Financial's bill pay service, you will now see pending bill pay transactions on the Transaction Activity tab up to 30 days prior to the bill being paid from your account.

4. Good news for mobile banking bill pay users - now, you can convert paper bills into electronic bills to be paid with your smartphone camera and mobile banking app! This new feature, called Snap-to-Pay, allows you to pay bills quickly and easily with your smartphone and Christian Financial online bill pay. Plus, users who are not currently enrolled in bill pay can now enroll independently from the Christian Financial mobile app. NOTE: If you have been inactive from bill pay for 3 months or more, you will need to contact our Member Solutions Center to be re-activated in online and mobile banking.

4. Members who have a mortgage with Mortgage Center will now be able to log in instantly to their Mortgage Center account to review statements and make payments right from Christian Financial's Online Banking, without having to remember your Mortgage Center login and password! Simply click on your Mortgage from the Accounts tab to log in.
