Member Service Center Representative

Job Description:
The Member Solutions Center (MSC) is the Credit Union’s virtual branch, providing phone and online support to members and enriching their experience by promoting robust financial products and services. The MSC Representative provides attentive and courteous service to members who contact the Credit Union. Cross sells Credit Union products and services that will make members’ experience with the Credit Union more convenient and meet their financial needs. Represents the Credit Union positively and professionally at all times.

Qualifications:
High School graduate
One year of job related experience in a member service or like position in a financial services operation
Sales experience strongly preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office suite



 

Teller I

Job Description:
​Provide service to Credit Union members by conducting proper transactions, and referring Credit Union products and services that will meet members’ needs and enhance their financial position.

Qualifications:
High School graduate
Cash handling and Sales experience preferred



 

Teller Supervisor

Job Description:
Supervises daily teller line activities/operations while processing customer transactions. Solves problems, helps with complex transaction related matters for tellers. Guides tellers in handling member needs and assists with teller related discrepancies and problems. Coaches employees and has daily sales meetings with teller staff. The Teller Supervisor directly manages the teller line of the assigned branch and is the direct manager for Teller positions.

Qualifications:
High School graduate
Three years or greater of increasing experience in a Credit Union or other financial institution, or a Bachelor's Degree.
Cash handling and Sales experience required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Marketing Intern

Job Description:
Part-time, temporary summer position with the potential for full-time status in the fall. The role assists in implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, activities and events to advance the growth and profitability of the Credit Union. This person must be passionate about all things social media, web and mobile, and possess good persuasive writing skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a marketing or communications-related field OR Senior graduating in May 2016 with a degree in a marketing or communications-related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Active use and knowledge of most popular social media channels
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design skills a plus
