CARD MANAGEMENT FOR CREDIT CARDS

Experiece an all new way to manage your cards at home or on the go with Christian Financial. Control your credit cards online or in our mobile app no matter where you are. Within Card Management you will be able to cancel and turn off your card(s), set up alerts and notifications, report a card lost or stolen, order replacement cards and set travel notices. 

+ How do I activate my card?

- To activate your debit or credit card, members should call the number on the back of your card. Once the card is activated, log into Online Banking or our Mobile App and you will be able to view your card.  

+ Can I turn my card on/off in online banking or the mobile app?

- Yes! Just click or tap on the Card Status Toggle. Green means the card is turned on and ready for use. Grey means the card is off and cardholders will not be able to use.  

+ Can I change the name of my card?

- Yes. Just click or tap on the pencil icon to edit the name of the card.   

+ How do I set up alerts for my card?

- In Card Management, click on the card you would like to set up alerts for, then click on “Alerts and Controls” There you can set up alerts for the card that has been selected. 
  • NOTE: You must already be enrolled in alerts in order to receive card notifications.

+ Does ordering a replacement card change my card number?

- No. Ordering a replacement card will not change your 16-digit card number. 

+ How do I ensure I receive notifications?

-In online banking or our mobile app, navigate to Card Management then click on Delivery Options. There you can turn notifications on or off for SMS Text Alerts, Email or Push Notifications. You will also be able to set up a timeframe for notification not to be sent with “Do Not Disturb.”

+ Can I set up how I would like to receive card notifications?

-Yes. To receive notifications, make sure you are set up in Online Banking and our Mobile App. 
  • Online Banking  |  Set up SMS Text or Email Alerts by clicking Notifications then Settings. 
  • Mobile App  |  Set up SMS Text or Email Alerts by tapping More > Settings Icon > My Settings > Alerts and Notifications > Add your email and phone number.
  • Push Notifications for Mobile App  |  Set up push notifications by tapping More > Settings Icon > Push Notifications. There you can set up alerts for all your accounts. 

+ I received my new card, but I cannot see it in Card Management.

- All cards must be activated before they can be viewed in card management. If you activate your card while in online banking or our mobile app, log off and sign back in.

+ Can I set up an alert if my card is used at a specific company?

- No, but you can set up alerts for merchant types. For example, you can set up an alert for every time your card is used at a gas station or grocery store. 

+ How far in advance can I set up a travel notice on my card? 

- Members will be able to set up travel notifications up to 1 year in advance.  

+ How many destinations can I add in travel notifications? 

- Members can add up to 10 different locations.
