IGNITION YOUTH ACCOUNT

Learn the fundamentals of managing finances with an Ignition youth account from Christian Financial. The Ignition program is specific to members ages 13 – 17 and helps our young members to plan early for financial independence.

The Details

With an Ignition account, our younger members can learn to manage their money efficiently! With this account members are eligible for a debit card with their checking account at age 16. Plus, every year Christian Financial offers Scholarship opportunities, so be sure to check back each year!

Anytime, Anywhere... Access

CFCU strives to give you any time, anywhere access to your child’s account. With our Mobile Banking and Online Banking, information is always accessible. You can also check account balances, verify deposits, transfer funds, and a variety of other inquiries.

Certificates & Dividends

CFCU also offers Youth Term Share Certificates that have a minimum deposit of only $250! Term Share Certificates are an affordable way to set money aside for what lies ahead.

Open a Youth Account

If you are ready to open a youth account for your child, please visit us in branch at one of our many locations. To open an account please be sure to bring the following items with you: Driver’s License (School ID if under the age of 16) and social security card.

Bizkid$ is a PBS program, sponsored by America's Credit Unions, that teaches kids about personal finance. There is a link for parents and teachers as well! BizKid$ is the place where kids teach kids about money and business.
