We are here to assist members with current loans, including credit cards who may need temporary payment relief due to a loss of income resulting from:
- temporary unemployment from employer closures/cut backs
- government mandates
- the inability to work due to dependent care issues
- personal sickness related to COVID-19
Loan Relief Options
Members who currently have a loan or credit card with us and meet the program requirements listed above will be provided 90 day extensions.*

*Please note, members who are more than 40 days delinquent on a loan at the date of the request are ineligible for the loan extension. Applicable to existing loans only. Offer subject to change without notice.
