- Co-Browsing, short for collaborative browsing, allows our team members to assist you in real time, by simultaneuosly browsing your screen with you. This allows us to not just "tell" you where to navigate, but show you as well.

+ Does Co-Browsing give you access to everything on my device?

- No, Co-Browsing is entirely secure, and only allows our team to see Christian Financial owned sites. We are not able to see or navigate to any other locations or settings on your device.

+ What is Screensharing?

- If you need assistance on a webpage that is not owned by Christian Financial, our operator can offer you the screenshare option. This allows you to see what you see on your screen. We are not able to share your screen and we see what you see. 

+ Where can I start a chat?

- You can start a chat from our website, from our Online Applications, and from within Online Banking. Communication from within our Mobile App is coming soon, stay tuned.
