Funding Requests

We have two types of funding that can be requested. Both sponsorships and grants focus on fulfilling our Core Value of Making an Impact in the communities we serve.

Applying for Funding

Please read through each section carefully to ensure you are selecting the correct type of funding request.

Grant Request

I am a 501(c)(3) in Michigan and I would like to submit a request for support.

Sponsorship Request

I would like to submit a request for sponsorship of a fundraising event, team, etc.

You will need to include complete information about what is being requested, sponsorship levels, and any other documents relating to the event or sponsorship such as flyers or brochures.

Please note: While we strive to support as many requests as possible, not all can be fulfilled. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Every request receives follow-up, regardless of the outcome.
