Stop purchases on your cards immediately until you’re able to make a lost/stolen report by locking them using Card Management in our mobile app. Credit cardholders can also submit lost/stolen reports in Card Management (coming soon to debit).

Step 2: Emergency Access to Cash or Card Replacements

Debit Cards

  •  Lost access to your debit card and need cash fast? No problem! If you’re near a CFCU location, come in and get an instantly issued replacement card!
  • Out of town? Visit any of our 5,400 Shared Branch locations nationwide (including Puerto Rico & Guam) to access your funds like you were standing in a CFCU branch! Click here for the location nearest you.
  • Traveling overseas and need funds wired? Contact us during business hours at 586.772.6330.

 

Credit Cards

  • Credit cardholders whose cards have been reported lost or stolen and need fast access to a replacement card can contact us at 586.772.6330 during business hours, and we can expedite the delivery of your replacement card to where you are.
  • Traveling and have an emergency? Contact 1.800.Visa.911.

FAQs

Report a Lost/Stolen Debit Card

Call CFCU anytime to report a lost or stolen debit card. Get a same-day replacement in branch or have a new card mailed to your home. Call 586.772.6330.

Report a Lost/Stolen Credit Card

Credit cardholders can report a lost/stolen card in Online Banking or our Mobile App under Card Management (debit coming soon). You can also call Member Solutions Center at 586.772.6330, or after hours, Cardholder Services at 855.687.1961.

Report Fraud

Step 1: Report card lost/stolen using above instructions.

Step 2: Visit Online Banking or our ChristianFCU Banking App to submit a dispute online once the transactions have settled. You can also call 586.772.6330 to initiate a dispute.

Debit Disputes Location

  • Online Banking | From the top navigation menu, click on Card Management then “File a Debit Dispute”
  • Mobile App | Log in to the ChristianFCU Banking App, tap on “Card Mgmt” (bottom navigation bar), tap on File a Debit Dispute.

Credit Disputes Location

  • Online Banking | From the top navigation menu, click on “Card Management” then “Credit Cards Rewards & Statements” then click on a posted transaction and mark “Report an Issue.”
  • Mobile App | Log in to the ChristianFCU Banking App, tap on “Card Mgmt” (bottom navigation bar), tap on “Credit Cards Rewards & Statements”, then tap on a posted transaction and mark “Report an Issue.”

Don’t forget – you can lock your cards at any time if you suspect fraud. Just use Card Management in Digital Banking!

Debit cardholders can obtain an instantly issued replacement debit card at any of our branch locations during business hours. Or visit any of our 5,400 Shared Branch locations nationwide (including Puerto Rico & Guam) to access your funds as you would at a CFCU branch. If you’re unable to get to a branch and need to have funds wired, please contact us at 586.772.6330.
