Credit cardholders can report a lost/stolen card in Online Banking or our Mobile App under Card Management (debit coming soon). You can also call Member Solutions Center at 586.772.6330, or after hours, Cardholder Services at 855.687.1961.

If you need a replacement card, debit cards can be obtained instantly at a branch location. For credit card replacement, please reach out to CFCU at 586.772.6330, or 1.800.Visa.911 for emergencies.
Debit cardholders can obtain an instantly issued replacement debit card at any of our branch locations during business hours. Or visit any of our 5,400 Shared Branch locations nationwide (including Puerto Rico & Guam) to access your funds as you would at a CFCU branch. If you’re unable to get to a branch and need to have funds wired, please contact us at 586.772.6330.
