You will need to access your email in order to join the session.
Virtual Notary: What to Expect
Join Your Session
- Use any device – desktop, laptop, or phone, with a camera, microphone, and secure internet
- Open your email
- Click “Agree and Join Session”
Check Audio & Video
- Accept terms and proceed to the connection check
- Turn on your camera and microphone
- Follow prompts to confirm video and sound
- Click “Save & Proceed”
Verify Your Identity
- Enter your personal details and address
- Answer security questions
- Verify your ID using QR code or text link
- Wait for confirmation before continuing
- A notary will be assigned within a few minutes
Sign & Complete
- Confirm the session recording notice
- Review your documents
- Meet the notary and confirm your identity
- Click “Start” and complete all required fields
- Add your signature (create one if needed)
- The notary finalizes the process and ends the session
